ArtLab February Vacation Week | February 18 – 21

Rockland, ME, February 15, 2019 — The Center for Maine Contemporary Art (CMCA) invites artists of all ages to drop in ArtLab during February vacation week for four afternoons of creative art making. Join in for one or all four workshops, Monday, February 18 through Thursday, February 21, from 2- 4pm. All sessions are free of charge and suitable for all ages. Participants will experience a variety of playful, meticulous, zany and expansive ways of drawing and painting. Each afternoon instructor Alexis Iammarino will present an array of lively and contemplative prompts to launch creative projects using watercolor, inks, and other altered paper materials.

ArtLab vacation week workshops take place at CMCA, 21 Winter Street, Rockland. Support for ArtLab is provided in part by the The Cricket Foundation, Milton & Sally Avery Arts Foundation, Morton-Kelly Charitable Trust, Nellie Leaman Taft Foundation, and individual donors.
