Contemporary Art in Context: MAEA Workshop

In support of the Maine Arts Education Association (MAEA), CMCA is offering a full day professional workshop for Maine Educators, including contemporary art exploration, making, and conversation featuring the 2021 Fall Exhibits.

CMCA education staff will guide participants through a variety of activities and ideas for incorporating contemporary art into your classrooms, both in-person and online. We’ll take a close look at the themes, dialogues, and curiosities across the four exhibits with tours led by curators. Imagine, explore, and create as a community of artists, educators, and contemporaries during this one-day workshop.
