In this Early Release ArtLab we will learn how to use our own drawings to make prints. First, we will make detailed observational drawings referencing artworks on view. Then, using printmaking techniques we will create a final composition based on those drawings.
About the instructor
Alanna Hernandez is an artist and educator, who has been living and working in the Midcoast since 2017. In addition to ArtLab, she has also taught with the Rockland afterschool program, and Leaps of Imagination. Her own work is focused on abstract drawing, and has been shown in Rockland at CMCA’s Biennial, and Interloc Projects.
