What Is A Painting?
with Marcie Jan Bronstein
Monday – Friday, July 22 – 26 | 9am-12pm
$130 per week CMCA Household Members | $160 Non-Members | ages 8-12
An image, a surface, a window, a playground…We’ll spend five mornings exploring paint, surfaces, and many ways to create paintings*. With inspiration from the work of Ann Craven and other artists throughout history, young artists will make a collection of painted pieces that reflect and reveal their own unique way of seeing the world. Throughout the week, we’ll create a journal of painted sketches and ideas.
*One day will be devoted to painting birds…
