Explore multiple ways of expressing yourself in-the-frame! A variety of photographic imagery, recycled materials, and paint, materials used by Jenny Brillhart and Sara Stites, will engage young artists to create their own photo stand-ins! Kids will have fun with shapes, materials, and the process of placing themselves in their own creations. 12 children maximum. Workshops will be led by Alexis Iammarino.

Alexis Iammarino received her Masters in Community Art from Maryland Institute College of Art and is the Lead Artist and Educator for CMCA’s ArtLab programs. She leads workshops for RASA’s Art in Action program, supports youth & community art education initiatives through SaturdayStudio at the Rockland Community Building, serves as a member and Director of Education of the Steel House, and collaborated on many large scale murals including Rockland’s Oak St. mural.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund (minus $25 registration fee) will be granted for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to program start date; 50% refund (minus $25) will be granted for cancellation up to 10 days before program start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to start date. Please notify us immediately of any cancellation so we can fill your space. CMCA reserves the right to cancel any ArtLab program. In the event of a cancellation by CMCA, full refunds will be granted, Under enrolled programs will be canceled 1 week prior to the start date. We do not offer prorated fees to attend part of the program.
