November ArtLab for All Ages

November 7, 2015 | 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm EST

Still Lives on the Wild Side // Funky Forms and Figures

Join us for our first autumn ArtLab for All Ages in Rockland with Still Lives on the Wild Side! Experiment with a variety of vivid materials to make a statement about the shift in seasons. Create your own still life. Sculpt with your body in three dimensions. Experience figure, form, and color – with your own expressive twist in the spirit of play and experimentation.

Alexis Iammarino is an interdisciplinary artist/educator. Having received her Masters in Community Art from Maryland Institute College of Art, Alexis is the Lead Artist for CMCA’s LEAPS of IMAGINATION, teaches in RSU #13’s RASA program, is the Creative Arts Coordinator for Camden’s Wayfinder School, and is an educator and member of Steel House. Alexis has collaborated on 5 large-scale public murals – her most recent in Rockland.

ArtLab is made possible in part by generous support from the Milton and Sally Avery Arts Foundation, the Bob Crewe Foundation, Camden National Bank, and individual donors.
