Wildflower is the songwriting project of Adrian O’Barr, based in Portland, Maine. Taking inspiration ranging from Neil Young to vintage British Isles folk rock, the music seeks to explore a distinctive vision of an “Atlantic” music and tell stories of a changing coastline. Their second album, The Ocean Rose, was released in September, 2021, via Los Angeles label Night Bloom Records. They are currently working on a new record, for which they received a generous ARP grant from SPACE Gallery and the state of Maine.
