Spend your Sunday morning exploring, making, and creating in the ArtLab studio during this community drop-in for adults. Learn a new process, work on an independent project or play with materials with artists of all abilities. At the beginning of the event, guest artist Tara Morin will invite you into the miniverse to learn how to make tiny, funky paper plants. All materials supplied. Free coffee provided by Rock City Café!
About the artist
Tara Morin is a mixed media artist that specializes in miniaturization, illustration and creative reuse. She is also an art educator with over 10 years of experience working with artists of all ages in a multitude of media and in a variety of settings. Her passion is helping support other makers in their journey to discover their creative paths and defines her educational role as creative mentor and guide.
Our Adult Makerspace is a monthly drop-in studio for adults, to meet other artists, makers, and creatives within the Midcoast community.
