Spend your Sunday morning exploring, making, and creating in the ArtLab studio during this community drop-in for adults. Join us this month in the ArtLab for an Adult Makerspace demo that asks us to look closely. With the guidance of teaching artist Sarah G. Lee, we will observe both positive and negative shapes and explore gestural drawing and painting silhouettes.

About the artist
Sarah G. Lee is the owner of Spruce Tree Studio and lives in Tenants Harbor, Maine. Sarah attended college as a visual arts major but is primarily self-taught. Painting and craft have always played a strong role in Sarah’s life and in raising her children. Spruce Tree Studio opened its doors in 2019 where you will find Sarah’s artwork, gifts, art supplies all in a quintessential Maine setting, offering summer workshops and special events to inspire.

Our Adult Makerspace is a monthly drop-in studio for adults, to meet other artists, makers, and creatives within the Midcoast community.
