Colin Page paints all of his work on site to capture the transience of light and atmosphere with impressionistic brushstrokes. He studied at the Baltimore School of Art, the Rhode Island School of Design, and graduated from Cooper Union in 2000. He has had many solo exhibitions in Maine, Philadelphia, and New York in the past five years, including shows at the Camden Public Library and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay. In 2014 he had shows at Greenhut Gallery in Portland, Dowling Walsh Gallery in Rockland, and at Smith Killian Fine Art Gallery in Charleston, South Carolina. He also took part in The Maui Plein Air Painting Invitational in Hawaii. He is represented in Maine at Courthouse Gallery and Dowling Walsh Gallery.
